Mr. Rush is an associate in the firm's Litigation Group, focusing primarily on general litigation in the Delaware state and federal courts.

Mr. Rush serves on the Monitoring Team charged with assessing compliance in delivery of services to inmates at facilities within the Delaware Department of Correction (DOC).  The Team evaluates the progress of the DOC in satisfying the requirements of a 2006 Memorandum of Agreement between the DOC and the United States Department of Justice relating to prison medical and mental health care in four DOC institutions.

Mr. Rush also defends employers in employment related actions before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Delaware Department of Labor.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rush taught high school in Central Virginia for five years.
