Mr. Fricke's practice involves intellectual property law.  Mr. Fricke prepares and prosecutes domestic and foreign patent applications in the chemical and mechanical arts, renders opinions and provides counseling on patent matters and prepares licensing agreements, joint development agreements and confidentiality agreements directed to intellectual property matters.  

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fricke was the Chief Patent Counsel for the Automotive Products Business of  E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company for 8 years, handling the intellectual property matters for this business.  He has a total of 32 years experience with DuPont as Patent Counsel working in the chemical and mechanical arts preparing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications, providing opinions on the validity and enforceability of patents, negotiating and preparing intellectual property licensing agreements, joint development agreements and confidentiality agreements and provided counseling to technical and business people on a wide variety of intellectual property matters.
