Ms. Wasson practices in the firm's Litigation Group, focusing primarily in the areas of employment law and general commercial litigation.  She represents clients in a variety of matters, including policyholder/insurance coverage actions, litigation involving long-term care facilities, and employment disputes in state and federal court.  She also represents clients in administrative actions before the EEOC and Delaware Department of Labor.  Ms. Wasson serves as a volunteer attorney representing victims of domestic violence in protection from abuse cases before the Delaware Family Court.
