Ms. Hill is an associate in the firm's Litigation group and represents clients in a variety of litigation matters including preference recovery actions, property disputes, breach of contract actions, and employment disputes.  She has experience litigating in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, the Superior Court for the State of Delaware, the Delaware Court of Chancery, and before administrative agencies including the EEOC and the Delaware Department of Labor.  In addition to litigation, Ms. Hill also participates in the firm's alternative dispute resolution practice.
